They are proudly equipped with a healthy balance of compassion and a sense of humor. This means they're not only warm and caring, but they're engaging and open to having a fun time with Participants where appropriate.

At Prudentia Care, we understand urgency, workloads, and shortages of time.
We are a young and motivated workforce looking to provide a positive impact. Not only to the lives of Participants, but also to their Support Co-ordinators, Plan Managers, and to the Disability Sector as a whole.
It is with our focus on the bigger picture that we aim to fill gaps in care, along with simplifying the process of sourcing temporary supports, by offering the Short Notice Care service.
We understand that you are busy and that time is of the essence when it comes to those needing support.
We also understand that individuals and families can be emotionally stretched, should a Support Worker fall ill, take leave, or face unforeseen circumstances.
With this in mind, we wish to foster an environment where everyone has the support they need. Be it a once-off arrangement for few hours on a single day, or over an extended period of time, we'll do what we can to help.
By keeping Prudentia Care on speed dial, we can work together to ensure your client has the support they need - when they need it.

Participants do not need to be part of the Prudentia Care family to engage our temporary support service: "Short Notice Care". It is open to all self and plan managed Participants in the Sydney and Newcastle/Hunter Region.
